Detent force suppression of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on a V‐shaped tooth‐slot structure

Given the existence of detent force, positioning accuracy permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) with an iron core worsens in its application field precision drive. To address this problem, a method is proposed to weaken force PMLSM V-shaped tooth-slot structure. The models including cogging and end are established theoretically. analytical expressions obtained by analysing ripple rule motor. Then, surface structure conducts infinitesimal processing. relationship between depth deduced, respectively, using integration method. Furthermore, Ansoft finite element simulation software Maxwell module used compare conventional PMLSM, magnetic pole PMLSM. comparison reveals that has excellent characteristic increasing average value thrust while reducing caused force. Finally, prototype fabrication experiments conducted verify correctness feasibility

This paper considers the problem of the chaos suppression for the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) system via the finite-time control. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and the finite-time controller are developed such that the chaos behaviors of PMSM system can be suppressed. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed methods are shown in numerical simulations.
